LIFE OF PI – limited edition giclée prints
EN Here are the available prints from the illustrated edition of Life of Pi. As stated on the Store’s main page, all are the same image/paper size (330x440 mm / 430x540 mm), same edition size (50 prints), same price (€115 + postage) and printed on the same archival quality paper (Hahnemühle-Lumijet Radiant White 290 g/m²). Each print is signed, numbered and subtitled by the artist with the approppriate quote from the book.

Kao što je navedeno na glavnoj stranici trgovine, svi su printovi iste veličine slike/papira (330x440 mm / 430x540 mm), u istoj nakladi (50 primjeraka), iste cijene (€115) i ispisani na istom papiru arhivske kvalitete (Hahnemühle-Lumijet Radiant White 290 g/m²). Svaki je print umjetnik potpisao, numerirao i podnaslovio odgovarajućim citatom iz knjige.

Item(s) will be shipped within 1 week from the order date via EMS, including a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Please allow 7+ days from the shipping date for the parcel to arrive.
Custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Print will arrive rolled in a tube for protection, so if it stays rolled when you take it out, please don't be alarmed - it's just temporary. Unless you plan on framing it right away, the fastest and safest way to straighten it out is to carefully put it under a clean, flat surface (or insert it into a big, sturdy, thin folder) and leave it like that for a couple of days, until it's flat. Please don't try to roll it the other way since that would most certainly damage the paper.

PRIVACY: Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues.

RETURNS: After you receive the item(s), if for any reason you are not happy with it, you may return it within 7 days of receipt at your expense (insured mail) for a full refund (minus shipping costs), provided it's undamaged, in re-sellable condition and in the original postage packaging. You should email Tomislav Torjanac Store within 48 hours to notify us of your intention and you will be provided with the returns address. Please note: Tomislav Torjanac Store cannot be held responsible for losses on the postal system and therefore recommends you obtain proof of postage.
DAMAGED RETURNS: All items are checked for errors, marks etc. prior to being dispatched and leave in 100% perfect condition and the item is protected. Some minor damage to the packaging can happen in transit, but it should not affect the item itself. However, should the package arrive badly damaged, please do NOT open the package. You must notify Tomislav Torjanac Store of the damage within 48 hours by and will be provided the returns address. Upon approval, Tomislav Torjanac Store will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund. Proizvod(i) će biti poslani unutar tjedan dana od narudžbe. Print dolazi zarolan u zaštitnom tuljcu, a ukoliko ostane zarolan nakon što ga izvadite, ne brinite – to je samo privremeno. Ukoliko ga odmah ne planirate uokviriti, najbrži i najsigurniji način da ga izravnate jest da ga oprezno stavite ispod čiste, ravne površine (ili ga umetnete u veliku, čvrstu, tanku mapu) i ostavite ga da stoji nekoliko dana, dok se ne izravna. Molimo da print ne pokušavate zarolati u suprotnom smjeru jer će to sigurno oštetiti papir.

POVRAT OŠTEĆENIH I IZGUBLJENIH PROIZVODA: Svi su proizvodi provjereno bez greške i u takvom se stanju šalju kupcu. Prilikom transporta moguća su manja oštećenja na ambalaži, no to ne bi smjelo utjecati na sam proizvod. U slučaju većih oštećenja prilikom dostave, molimo da nas o tome izvijestite e-mailom unutar 48 sati od primitka pošiljke.
